What I learned:

I used to believe that if I hit my metrics, delivered results, and showed up consistently, I’d be safe.

Secure.

Steady.

Life reminded me that’s a myth.

In fact, the more we seek security, the more insecure life becomes.

Real stability isn’t found in outward metrics; it’s built internally.

It sometimes takes massive disruption to have this lesson smack you in the face.

Because if our identity is only in job titles, then keeping our job titles becomes our greatest threat.

We avoid risks.

We stop testing.

We trade growth for safety.

At least, this is the new belief I’m clinging to.

You’re reading this because either you followed my previous newsletter TheMoment, or I reached out directly.

Either way, I’m glad you’re here. I’m building something new. A small company dedicated to the ideas, frameworks, and insights I want to see in the market. That includes books, workshops, and tools designed to help the professionals I serve navigate with clarity.

First-time authors don’t get agents, deals, or advances. (I tried.)

You have to write and you have to build by asking people you highly respect to follow along.

Your engagement—reading, sharing, responding—matters more than you know.

This isn’t something I can do alone.

Potential > security.
